Tevin was born in Hawaii and spent his childhood in Florida. After high school, he joined the Marine Corps that allowed him to live in Japan and various other locations. In adulthood, he continued to travel while he worked as a Wind Technician, going throughout Texas, Puerto Rico, and Nebraska.
He is described by loved ones as a remarkable person who was hardworking, generous, charming, and kind-hearted.
