It is with deep love and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mark Anthony Fiorentino, a devoted husband, father, and protector, who departed this life on June 14, 2025, at the age of 68.
Mark was born on November 30, 1956, to Nick and Rosemary Fiorentino. He had three sisters, Nikki (Denny), Barbara (Roger), and Gina (Scott); and one brother, Clark (Nancy).
Mark lived a life defined by service, integrity, and unwavering dedication. Throughout his lifetime, he wore many hats--paramedic, builder, police officer, and security officer--each role rooted in a deep sense of responsibility for the safety and well-being of others. He was the proud owner of North Star Security LLC, where he continued his mission to protect and serve well beyond his official badges.
Mark’s life was a testament to strength through service. Whether responding to emergencies, building homes, patrolling neighborhoods, or standing watch, he was always a steady presence in times of uncertainty. His hands built more than structures--they built safety, stability, and hope.
Those who knew Mark saw both the warrior and the gentle soul within. He was a man of principle, yet deeply compassionate. His humor, wisdom, and strength created space for others to feel seen and safe.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Dyan Fiorentino; their treasured son, Bryce Fiorentino; both of whom were the center of his world; his best friend and business partner Jody Steele; and many friends, employees, and relatives. Mark’s legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the stories he leaves behind, and the love that continues to surround his family.
“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.” – Matthew 5:9
Though his duty on earth is done, his spirit remains our North Star.
Send flowers to the service of Mark Anthony Fiorentino
