He was born in Oklahoma on May 16, 1982, to Marty and Rhonda (Montgomery) Knaak.
Cody is survived by his wife, Toni Knaak; children, Kailey Knaak and Malachi Knaak; parents, Marty and Rhonda Knaak; brother, Nick Hogan; step-children, Marcus, Troy, Robert, and Keith; and granddaughter, Nora.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wanda and Paul Knaak.
