Teri Lynn Goins (VanGorder), 58, of Ankeny, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at EveryStep Kavanagh House after a courageous three-year fight with glioblastoma.

Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:30 a.m. on Friday, October 30, at Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart Catholic Church (510 E First Street, Ankeny, IA 50021). Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:30 a.m., also at the church. A private family service will follow at Ankeny Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by her partner, Troy Boelman; her son, Blake Goins; her daughters, Hana (Kreg) Leytham and Amanda Goins; her granddaughters, Harper and Grace Leytham; her mother, Linda Webb; her fur baby, Bridget; and many loving family and friends.
