Tyler Christian Hammond, 33, passed way peacefully on April 26, 2026, at his sister’s home surrounded by love, after a courageous battle with cancer.
A visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 15, 2026, at Memorial Services of Iowa (4208 N. Ankeny Blvd., Ankeny).
Tyler was born on December 13, 1992, in Omaha, NE to David Wysocki and Lynn Hammond.
He was a unique soul, quiet at times, stubborn in his own way, and known for his sense of humor. Tyler had a way of making people laugh, even if it meant doing something a little silly. He deeply cared for those he loved and showed it in his own way.
Tyler will be remembered for his spirit, humor, and the connections he made with those who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
Tyler is survived by his daughter, Harmony JoLee Springs-Hudson; father, David Wysocki; mother, Lynn Hammond; stepfather, Skeeter Cook; brother, Nathan Hammond, sister, Tabatha Graham, grandmother, Bonnie Hammond; and his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Tyler is preceded in death by his grandmother and step-grandfather, Darlene and Jack Westphalen; grandfather, Dallas Wysocki; and his brother, Shane Graham.
