Denise Kaye Lenhart, 51, of Ankeny, IA passed away on April 2, 2026.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 – 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at Memorial Services of Iowa (4208 N. Ankeny Blvd., Ankeny). A memorial service will follow at 3:30 p.m. also at Memorial Services of Iowa.

Denise was born on July 29, 1974, to Leroy and Diane Moffett. She graduated from Boone High School, Boone, IA. On September 26, 1998, she married Dave Lenhart and the couple later welcomed their daughter, Taylor Lenhart.

Denise is survived by her husband, Dave; daughter, Taylor; parents, Leroy and Diane Moffett; sister, Lisa (John) Pffefer; and many other loving family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Melissa Moffett.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Wesley Life Hospice for their exceptional care over Denise’s last years.
